Highgate At Livingston

LIVINGSTON, NJ — Leasing has officially kicked off at Highgate at Livingston, a new luxury multi-family apartment complex on Eisenhower Parkway.

The building – located at 100 Eisenhower Parkway – includes 169 apartments and a “full complement of resort-style amenities,” according to a news release from its development team, a joint venture of Continental Properties and Garden Communities.

The four-story apartment building has one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans available. Introductory monthly rents at Highgate at Livingston begin at $2,450.

The living spaces feature nine- or 10-foot ceilings, gourmet kitchens, spa-inspired bathrooms, luxury plank flooring and in-suite washers and dryers. Most residences have a private balcony or patio, developers said.

Other features include:

“Indoor highlights cater to relaxation and fun. An expansive club room is equipped with cozy seating areas, TVs, a fireplace, coffee bar, pool table and table soccer. The catering kitchen, bar area and private dining room are perfect for entertaining. Highgate at Livingston’s state-of-the-art fitness center, complete with cardio and weight equipment, and a dedicated yoga room support an active lifestyle, while the community’s co-working space fosters productivity. Outdoors, an expansive open lawn offers outdoor games, fire pits, covered bar areas, and a kitchen with barbecue grills. The pet-friendly community also provides a dog park area and a pet spa with washing station. Future residents will enjoy a heated outdoor swimming pool with sun shelf and in-water loungers, and a sundeck with seating and cabanas.”

The Town of Livingston itself is a big draw for prospective renters, developers added:

“Highgate at Livingston’s location in the heart of one of New Jersey’s most desirable municipalities is among its many draws; the Essex County town ranked No. 22 in the state on Niche.com’s “2024 Best Places to Live.” The community shares its neighborhood with RWJBarnabas Health Ambulatory Care Center, Newark Academy and Joseph Kushner Hebrew Academy. It is just minutes from a host of shopping, dining and entertainment options including The Mall at Short Hills. Livingston is home to lush parks and recreational facilities, additional respected academic institutions and healthcare, including Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center. Proximity to NJ Transit’s South Orange, Short Hills, and Millburn train stations affords an easy commute to Manhattan. Major thoroughfares such as Route 24, I-280 and I-78 are nearby.”

Leasing interest is already off to an “impressive start,” said Fred Petak, Continental Properties’ vice president of property management.
