The Mark I Fairfield County is a 228-unit ground-up rental community development consisting of six four-story elevator buildings located in the town of Shelton, Connecticut. The project includes a mix of one-and two-bedroom units situated on 13.15 acres of land. Shelton is situated within Fairfield County, one of the 20 most affluent counties in the country. Fairfield County’s proximity to New York City makes it an attractive, cost-effective destination for large corporate headquarters and regional offices. The site location benefits from its Bridgeport Avenue address and its close proximity to over two million square feet of commercial office, big box retail, and neighboring hotels with national flags.
Continental Properties acquired the development site in the second quarter of 2014, and construction completion is anticipated for late 2016.
