The Bronx portfolio consists of a total of 575 residential and 35 retail units situated within 13 buildings located across multiple neighborhoods in the borough. The portfolio has benefited from successful business plan execution, including but not limited to significant unit and building renovations and repositioning.
The properties were acquired in 2007 as part of a programmatic joint venture with JP Morgan Asset Management.
