325 Fifth Avenue is a 48-story, 250-unit luxury condominium tower located across from the Empire State Building in Manhattan. Continental Properties acquired the existing three six-story buildings and parking lot at the location in 2004. The Property at 325 Fifth Avenue was developed and completed in the first quarter of 2007. In addition to the condominium residences, the property has approximately 5,800 square feet of ground floor retail space, as well as a 28,000-square-foot parking garage with 174 spaces.
 
Continental Properties completed unit sales at the property in 2008. It continues to own the street level retail and parking garage.
